You have to walk across a road to reach property.
TEMPORARY CAR PARK.
We have a temporary small flat tarmac car park (one car at a time) at the side of the building. This car park is strictly for loading and unloading only.
ENTRANCE WITH STEPS
This is the main way in and out but has three steps.
This leads to a UPVC door which can open up to 78cm.
Then there is a internal porch door which opens to 71cm.
ENTRANCE WITH RAMP
There is a path to the door with a concrete path which is inclined (ramp). There is a width restriction of 84cm.
This leads to a UPVC french door with low threshold which can open up to 110cm.
Then there is a internal porch door which opens to 78cm.
INTERNAL STEPS TO GAMES ROOM, BEDROOMS & WC
There are three steps. Bottom 17cm Middle 15cm Top 15cm.
INTERNAL STEP FROM LIVING ROOM TO KITCHEN AND BATHROOMS
There is one step 17cm.
There are three steps up to the garden and BBQ area.
It would be possible to walk up our side road (steep incline) through our gateway and around to the holiday let garden.

The rest of the property is mainly flat with hard floors.
