It is recommend that all guests take out holiday / travel insurance to protect your booking for COVID and other illnesses.
Terms of Booking
25% Deposit Due at the time of Booking.
Balance Due 30 Days prior to arrival date.
Full Balance is due if booking is within 30 Days of Arrival.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
1) The Guest must pay a Refundable Security Deposit of £200.00 to the property owner either prior to arrival
or Cash / BACS on arrival.
2) The Refundable Security Deposit will be held by the property owner and applied against the cost of remedying any
damage to the Property caused by the Guest(s) or excessive cleaning.
3) The Refundable Security Deposit will be returned to the Guest not more than 14 days (normally only a couple of days) after the End Date
less any deductions made for the cost of remedying any damage or excessive cleaning.
A maximum of TEN guests are allowed to stay in the property.
The property is licensed with Denbighshire Council and insured for a maximum of ten guests.
Any more in the property would put us the property and guests in breach with the council and invalidate the insurance.
