It is such a great experience to stay at Paul and Andrea ' s place. you will never get bored to stay for an entire week or play whole day without going out. The game zone keeps you entertain. The kitchen provides with equipments more than your needed. And the hot tub is amazing! I could say it is the best airbnb I have ever been. Will come back for sure. Thanks Paul!

Welsh Row House is a large detached former pub / restaurant and has recently been renovated and designed to a very high standard in an area of stunning natural beauty in North Wales. The property has been rated Four Star by visit Wales Grading. The whole spacious ground floor is one large holiday let that can sleep up to 10 people, perfect for large families, friends or groups. 180 square metres (1,937 square feet). There are three bedrooms, two bathrooms, plus WC, large living /dining room. The property is fully centrally heated with the addition of a log fire and free broadband on WiFi and access via Ethernet points
Large games room in the centre of everything pool table, Football game, Xbox and Wii and fully equipped kitchen. Hot Tub Spa seats
five and one lounger. Jets, Lights, Bluetooth sound system, Infrared heater and Television.
Conveniently located close to Horse Shoe Pass, Llangollen. Chester and access to North Wales including Snowdonia National Park.
We provide guests with a list of things to do in the area and a little further afield.

Hi, we purchased the property in 2010 and ran it as a office / cafe / restaurant for about 8 years. We enjoyed the social side with quiz's, karaoke and music. Then in 2018 decided to convert the property into a large holiday let. Our aim is to provide everything our guests may need for a great holiday. We like to welcome guests in person and show them around the property making them feel at home. Sharing our knowledge of the area, local pubs, restaurants, things to do and places to see. We have two small dogs and love taking them for walks. We are on hand if needed but leave guests to enjoy their stay.
